HOW ARE STATUES SENT OUT and WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A PROBLEM?
Large orders & statues are sent out via pallett & smaller orders are boxed. The majority of our orders are sent to the UK and Europe although we are able to deliver Worldwide. We try to make sure that you have the minimum of hassle when ordering from us and have worked closely with our delivery partner to ensure that your orders arrive in time and in good condition.
Any problems with goods delivered are dealt with swiftly by our mail order department and they will chase couriers and query deliveries on your behalf. If in the unlikely event that you have a complaint about any of the items you receive then we ask that you
Phone Helen on 01931 712 404 to inform us that you have a problem within 24 hours of reciept of parcel.
Put your complaint in writing/or email and send us pictures within 7 days of notifying us of your complaint.
If you are unable to open the box when the delivery driver is there, then please sign for the box as unchecked as if there is any damage to the plants it is easier for us to make a complaint to the carrier company on your behalf.
We operate a next day delivery service where possible, Monday through Thursday - although at busy times this may not be possible. We can deliver at the weekends but there is a surcharge charged by the courier.
